Philosophy:

HER revolved around play-based learning. The Developmentally Appropriate Practice (DPA) focuses on building strong family partnerships, celebrating diversity, and fostering a safe, nurturing environment that respects each child’s unique strengths, interests, and developmental pace.

Core Values:

The core values of our daycare are respect for individuality, role-play, and family involvement. My staff will guide and be actively involved with each child's daily activities. Our goals for each child will be to develop self-discipline, problem-solving skills, and a positive self-concept.

About Us:

HER daycare was created in honor of a family member who is no longer with us, who was an inspiration to me to begin the journey of caring for our future. I’ve learned from them that if you can mold and shape young minds, they will be well-balanced and have a bright future. We acknowledge that each child is unique with their own strengths, learning styles, and pace of development, and tailoring experiences to meet those individuals needs.
